90-minute in-person Pelvic Yoga Workshop introduces you to ancient Tantric
practices to help you meet your workout goals and unlock deeper pleasure—both
in and out of the studio.
Led by Tantra
Practitioner and Intimacy Coach Stacie Steinbock, this dynamic session goes way
beyond Kegels. You’ll learn how to activate and align your pelvic floor using
movement, breathwork, and energy practices rooted in lineage-based Tibetan
Tantra practices. Whether you’re a strength trainer looking to fire up your
foundation, a pole or burlesque dancer wanting to deepen your body awareness,
or simply curious about what pelvic vitality can do for your pleasure—this
workshop is for you. You’ll also explore how trauma and emotional blocks can
affect pelvic function, and how tools like Yoni eggs and Power Wind Exercises
can support healing, lubrication, and stronger orgasms.
