Content: *Playful Chair Warm Up and Stretch *Choreography with creative transitions on, off and around the chair
What to wear: -Knee pads, leg warmers, over-the-knee socks, heels and or bare feet may be needed at any given time.
Please be advised: -Our registration process is done completely online and closes 2 hours in advance of each class. -Arrive to classes/appointments on time: tardiness could result in forfeiture of your class/appointment. -There are no refunds. -The use of drugs or alcohol prior to classes is strictly prohibited. If an instructor suspects or has evidence that you are under the influence you will be excused from class and you will forfeit your reservation with no refund. -Students must be at least 18 years old to participate.
